Went on Mother’s Day. Everyone was nice. Special thanks to Suni for taking my gift card that was expired! I hurt my toe and waited for it to heal before I went back and it was expired. They also fixed my daughter’s toe who messed her nail before we even got outside. Excellent customer service, we will come back!
I have had a lot of disappointments in nail salons in the Birmingham and Trussville areas, but I'm not typically the type of person to leave a bad review. (Check my other reviews, they are predominantly positive.) My experience today though was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I walked in and signed in at the desk.
