Bad service, my mom called the office to ask a question and the lady that answered the phone was rude. My mom asked her if she speak Spanish and the lady made fun of her and laughed. Making fun of older people is not correct, we know that we are in USA and we must know English but unfortunately for older people sometimes it is very difficult to learn a new language. Wish I could give it a NEGATIVE 5 rating. Do NOT Go hear. Office staff rude, immature and condescending What kind of "professional" medical office doesn't have the correct phone number to verify insurance? if they are a functional professional office they should have all the numbers written down or on a file and not give the patient a hard time because their insurance company customer service number cant provide to them. They should know they need to call the professional line. Really this office is a joke.
Dr Domenech is an amazing, knowledgeable, Dr. His nurses that work in the back and take care of patients that are receiving chemo are outstanding! The office staff and the person that take care of scheduling need more training, we have been going to this office since February and there has always been an issue with setting up appointments with coordinating with hospitals and etc. it’s frustrating when the patient is putting trust in the hands of the office staff that should know what to do, but they really are clueless!!!!
