This company most definitely has a racket going on with the towing company. Absolutely no where for visitors to park without a pass and the office closes at 6. So if you have an unplanned visitor after 6-it's $135 towing fee. My daughter visited me to drop something off for 20 min to return to her car being towed. Would not suggest living here. Did not have working AC for over 2 months and maintenance seemed to not care enough to fix it sooner. There's always fitness equipment broken in the fitness room and the movie projector was broken a lot in the theater room. The fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night for hours at a time and all residents had to evacuate and stand outside in the middle of the night because there were pipes bursting constantly.
Nice place for an anyone to live..................
