This is by far the worst apartment I have ever dealt with. They constantly gave us unnecessary charges and even admitted several times that we owed nothing. This is an apartment that only cares about money. Even with the pandemic, that's all they cared about. They literally waited and hoped for people to forget to notify them of moving out so that they could charge people more. Gables Upper Rock's leasing office/management should respond to their residents and care about their living situations. I am extremely dissatisfied by their disorganization and lack of decency.
Good area to live in, clean common areas (when tenants aren't leaving trash behind.) Plenty of amenities and free metro shuttle. Need to improve security in garage spaces, have cameras for package lockers but not in the garage, hmm? Pool is great in the summer, and wish the tenants would respect the grounds, common areas and noise rules. Overall great place to live.
There was some leasing office turnover for a while, but things seem to have stabilized. The office staff and maintenance team is responsive to my concerns and needs, and my lovely building and grounds are kept clean by the housekeeping and landscaping staff.
Overall nice place, the staff respond quickly to complaints, but they have bug problems. And don’t seem to be able to handle it. Great looking apartments, but can’t recommend them to anyone
