I own a unit here. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and consistently kept in excellent condition. The common areas are clean and secure, and it’s clear that care and attention go into the day-to-day operations. Yoli, the front desk receptionist, is absolutely outstanding. Excelente condominio, bien ubicado y con instalaciones siempre limpias y en buen estado. Lo mejor: Yolis, muy amable, servicial y atenta; hace toda la diferencia con su trato y amabilidad hacia residentes y visitantes
I'm an apartment owner at Gables Terrace and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. Yoli, at the front desk, is always cheerful, professional, and truly cares about the safety and well-being of everyone in the building. Her willingness to help makes a real difference. Alex and Altagracia are also incredibly supportive and professional. Thanks to them, I genuinely feel at home when I’m here.
A quiet , well kept building. Nice people in the building. the staff (especially Alex and Yolis) are super nice, helpful, and good about security. It’s a great place to live
