The views and downtown area are great. It is walking distance to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. The location is great but not worth the premium price, especially with an extremely loud train going by every hour or so.There has been a large lack of communication from staff regarding policy and policy changes over the past few months. Overall the community and staff have been extremely friendly so far. After making the move across country to Austin, I feel welcome and right at home even within my first week. So far the noise in the building has been minimal and the concierge are so friendly.
I just saw a photo of a German Shepherd that belongs to one of your tenants that has been outside, on a veranda, nothing but pavement and no water or food. When your office was notified by a concerned citizen you blew off the seriousness of the life of that animal and did nothing. The dog was first seen at 3pm crying and pawing at the door, as of 11pm nothing had changed. The fact that you could do something as a management office and don't is appalling! I plan to make the picture and information public.
I have been here for over 2 years now and have truly loved the experience. The apartments are so nicely finished, high quality appliances, and just darn cute! The amenities (pool, grill, lounge, gym spaces) are top of the line. Most importantly, we have always been looked after. The staff here is amazing, and always willing to help out in whatever way possible. I couldn't say better things about this building and this community! Its great being near the lake and park as well!
