Love this place. And so do my dogs. Very pet friendly, Beautiful grounds.

I would never recommend this place. We lived there for 10 months between homes. They put in the cheapest carpet ever with what seemed a wear life of about 1 year. Our toddlers made many spills on the carpet and despite trying to clean I could not get stains out. I even resorted to bleach. So now they are charging us $800 to replace carpet and the manager will not respond to my email requests to send me her supervisors contact info.

It's a very quiet and lovely place, my apartment it's Georgeus, lake view and everything the only thing I will like it's that the patio will be a little bigger and had some type of cover other than that I love it!!!
It's a lovely community and a safe place to live. We've lived her for over ten years.
Our place is falling apart. Maintenance will just put band aids on things. Very expensive for a community of its age. Look at new communities before coming here. Sure wish we did.
