The floor layouts are modern and spacious.. Office personnel Is very kind and helpful. Community's has everything you need, which is great.I Would highly recommended.
I would if it truly was a gated community. But the gate is always open or broke.
The community is clean and very beautiful. Staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend based on my experience as a resident.
It’s a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. Gables Montecito is zoned for a great middle and high school.

Although gables Montecito is in a gated community, their somehow not responsible for anything to do with the gates. Today I was in an accident and called the leasing office for assistance and to complain about the ongoing issue with a gate. It seems like every week the gate to leave is being hit and taken off the automated lift due to it not working. The gate didn’t open therefore resulting in a car accident involving me and another resident. The leasing office was no help at all. Worst experience
