They suck you in with a reasonable rent the start to stick it to you every year. My last rent went up to 1950.00 while a new tenant next door was able to come in at 1350.00

It's very nice place to live I walk almost everyday here with my son they keep it clean yes there's wild life but they don't bother you at all its so peaceful it's expensive but we are safe I truly believe

I agree with the above comment, they are dishonest crooks. I can't believe the amount of money they charge when you leave. We had the place professionally cleaned, and they still added additional charges. I emailed to inquire and possibly reduce the charges, we bought a home and couldn't afford to keep coming up with more money. We received a nasty email back, don't ever live here.
