We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Gables.... We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Gables. The management and maintenance staff are awesome. Our concierge folks are TOP SHELF! When we moved here we were brand new to Dallas….this has been a great first stop in our retirement journey.

Overall GMA is nice, but for the price it could be... Overall GMA is nice, but for the price it could be cleaner. Many times it smells of pot in the hallways and the common areas/halls are dirty. Our maintenance team is top notch! Paul on the team is great. Lastly, this building seems secure but many people are in and out all day making deliveries and that isn’t safe.
