Verified Renter Love living at Gables McKinney! Awesome location (best in the neighborhood). Units are great and staff very receptive and friendly! Great amenities- pool, gym, dog park, entertainment room.
Verified Renter Safety is not the top priority. For a non smoking building, there are many smokers of multiple products. Office staff is unprofessional and fail to communicate appropriately and timely. Residents are friendly, maintenance staff (John/Paul/Abel) are exceptional. Concierge (Sam/Mohammad/Larry) are top notch.
Verified Renter Any of the Gables are the best apartments to live in!!! Easily my favorite place I’ve ever lived and the staff is so kind and helpful. Also the units feel so upscale and nice and are super quiet.
Verified Renter Good except a terrible lack of communication with maintenance. Big issues such as HVAC malfunctions go without any sort of communication. Concierge staff is fantastic
Verified Renter The design of the apartment is amazing. Heated pool so you can swim all year long. Gated parking and you have to swipe a fob before you can go up the elevator.

They have made many improvements lately including new carpet, paint, and my favorite - extra bright lights in the garage. I appreciate how they stay connected to our community and care about our safety.
