Love living in the Gables There are many activities for residents, the maintenance issues are resolved very quickly, coffee machines are amazing, and the staff are friendly and helpful! Very convenient location, super amenities and already renewed our lease for another 18 months!
Renter Beware! While the property is beautiful the management company is horrible. The fees are hidden and steep, you pay for everything including package delivery. The grounds smell like dog pee, the trash rooms are nasty and the construction noise is insane! Keep looking and hold onto your hard earned cash!
