Verified Renter Our complex is very nice but it is lacking in management and everything is either always being fixed or is completely no working. Everyone in the community feels that our rent is much too high for all of our amenities continuously not being able to be used, especially our rooftop during summertime.
Verified Renter Too many things to list regarding where I reside. The amount of clogged hair in the tub was filty and the tub would not drain. The toilet was the same way & it had a broken device from day one. The water was just recently turned on for the refrigerator to produce ice as well. The A/C unit is not balanced out below freezing unless it is at 75 degrees or higher. However, the staff are extremely polite. The pool is not working. One cannot sit on the pool deck to simply relax.
