Verified Renter Gables cherry creek is a great community in a fantastic neighborhood! I have made so many good friends during my time living here. The building is in a perfect location! I love that we are on the cherry creek trail where you can ride bikes or run for miles! There is little need for a car when you live at the gables as great restaurants and shopping are a few blocks away. Truly the view and location have kept me here much longer than I ever thought I would be!

Verified Renter We have loved living here so far.. we’ve only had a couple complaints, mostly with some of the other tenants being inconsiderate with their dogs (not picking up after them, letting them walk around off the leash, etc. ), and lastly, the maintenance team is not great. Otherwise, we have had no issues!

However, having to pay for the coffee machine on the 8th floor is kind of lame. And residents just got an email that the pool patio area will be closing at 6pm with no timeline of when that will change back to normal.
