John was phenomenal to work with from square one. I needed a custom sized window replaced and had posted on a FB group looking for estimates. Out of nearly 40 people that responded John was one of the only contractors that would give me real numbers as a general idea of cost. He was quick to come and measure. I purchased flooring for a small room and another installation appointment fell apart. I left John a message and he responded within a couple hours. I got a very reasonable estimate over the phone, then in writing from his business app. His crew showed up on time the following Monday, did a great vinyl plank installation as well as a thorough clean up. 2 more rooms to go and I will be calling on G2G again!

After waiting til Wednesday, the 14th, I texted him and asked about the estimate. He said he'd bring his assistant the following day for one of the projects. They showed up, walked though, said they could do the job, no problem, and John said he'd send me an estimate by the weekend.
