Very good experience. Sales lady very helpful & we got just what we wanted to match existing ring
very disappointed with my experience. Paid over $1000 for replacement 4 claws of my engagement ring a year ago and was told, "This will see you out'! Discovered one claw missing last week and when I went back to discuss the repair the jeweller John was aggressive (and admitted that he was when I suggested that I was finding his communication aggressive).
Excellent service and price on Seiko watches. Patrick is very knowledgeable and helpful. You don't need to go anywhere else, thanks again.

I want to commend GW Cox for their outstanding customer service. I was not an easy customer regarding fitting a watch. The staff were super patient and helpful all the way.
