Such a relaxing but upbeat atmosphere – I had my girlfriend in from out of town last week. She was so stressed out with work and needed a day of relaxtation. Being an attorney in New Jersey she needed it. I suggested a massage. Her first response was get on City Search. We found Cobalt Salon and Day Spa. A complete dump! – I booked the Ultimate Day of Beauty for 2 to surprise my Mom. It appears to be a hair salon poorly converted into a spa. The only thing good was my haircut but she didn't know how to stlye. The man who booked my appointment assured me he had stylist who could do my hair and had he been honest I could have saved $100. Good cut – When I walked into the Salon, I was a little surprised at how ugly and rundown it was. But, Lee did a great job on cutting and coloring my hair. I was a little dissapointed in the way he styled it though, I felt like I just stepped out of the 80s!!
True Professionals – After searching and not being successful for a salon where they actually listen to what you want done, and make you feel good about spending the kind of money that one does one hair color and styling, I finally came across this salon and Lee, who is an outstanding hair master. There's no singing the blues at this small spa with a big menu. – The Scene Situated between Midtown and Buckhead, Cobalt's nondescript brick building is easy to miss. Inside, the airy space gets dressed up with decorative mirrors and colorful pieces of original art work. The hair salon occupies most of the place, but what Cobalt lacks in size, it makes up for in extra-friendly service. First-Class Spa 4 Business-Class People – I Flew to Atlanta on short notice last week and needed my hair color 'touched up'. I had to make an appointment before I left and turned to Citysearch for a recommendation. Thanks, Citysearch! Cobalt Salon and Day Spa accommodated my late schedule and gave the the royal treatment from the minute I came in the door - even walked me to my car at the end of what turned out to be a fabulous mini spa evening. Terrific – All these positive reviews are right. Cobalt is great. I was a walk-in and they saw me right away. Shaddai is a sweetie and did a fantastic job on my hair. Friendly staff plus nice atmosphere plus a great cut means I'll be going back.
Cobalt rocks! – I got the day spa package! Adam did a wonderrrrful massage, Marty gave me a fabulous relaxing facial, and then Kathy did my manicure and pedicure beautifully. I got a great lunch, and then I went from the spa to the salon to get my hair cut and styled. Every service was flawless... I can't wait to go back. highly reccomended!
Homemaker – I visited Cobalt for a Spa package. I was very surprised once I entered the Salon. Outside kind of simple. I have been up and down the coast and I have been massaged many times. But, honestly, the therapist Ken Powell was the best I have ever experienced. It was a pleasure meeting such an talented young man. I felt very comfortable with him and the rest of my services were also wonderful. I definitely recommend Cobalt. It is a rare find.
