Clean, Professional, Full of Style Salon!!! – I treated myself to a bundle of pampering at G Salon and Spa!! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the professionals were personable and eager to please me :) I found myself in a tranquil trance during my massage, my face felt fresh and sparkly after my facial, and I am Lovin my new haircut!! Great Value for the Money – I received a gift certificate for G Salon from my husband for a hair cut, 2 facials, and a massage. I haven't had a chance to book the massage, but I've already returned for my 2nd hair cut and my 3rd is scheduled for next weekend. The facials were great too. So the certificate worked, I've become a loyal, paying customer. If you go to this salon with the right expectations, you will be happy. Not a good experience – I was given a gift of a massage at this salon. However, it has now been four months since my husband gave it to me and I have not been able to schedule it although I have tried on two occasions. Each time I was given a different reason why I could not schedule an appointment. I do not feel that anyone should have to argue with a business about honoring their own advertised services, especially after someone has paid for it in full. Customer Service at it's worst – The people who operate the reception area need a few lessons in customer service. On more than one occasion I had to wait while the employees finished up personal matters before greeting me into the salon. I felt unwelcome in a place where I was paying for service. The shining star of the salon has since moved on and I suppose I will too. I refuse to go to a place and be treated poorly!
Felt Like I was at Home – Ever goto a hair salon and walk out feeling so good about your hair? If you haven't you need to go and make an appointment at Cobalt Hair Salon. I felt like I was at home and around all my friends. Thats how the staff at Cobalt makes you feel. The stylist that did my hair Alana, I didnt even have to tell her what I wanted she did what came natural to her and I left feeling and looking like a million dollars. :) scooby
User review by jpm3261 – I've been a customer for 4 years and enjoy the time I spend pampering myself each month. I see many of the same faces which tells me that their retention rate must be high. Why? Because these are good people, professional people - who really make me feel great about myself when I walk through their doors! Their spa packages are a great value and worth checking out...
Rude Staff! – No one taught the employees of this salon that the customer is always right. They do not know how to deal with clients nor do they honor any previous agreements made with the clients. The service is always slow. The staff behind the reception desk is very rude.
What a Dump! – I recently went to this salon on the recommendation of a work colleague. I was SO disappointed. I had a cut, color and blow-dry and was VERY UNSATISFIED with all three. My color turned out so bad that I had to go elsewhere to have it color-corrected, (for an additional $120.00!). The front desk clerk was very rude and made me feel like he was doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence.
