My wife is gluten free becasue it makes her extremely sick and we had the worst experience on Sunday. We informed our server my wife was gluten-free and she reassured us that her dinner did not contain any hidden gluten. Of course when the food came out, we asked again because it looked like it contained breading. The server then said it contains bread and 'most people eat it anyway' WOW.
