I was super excited to try your crab cakes after I heard that they are the best in town. The service was excellent from Jordan and she had great people skills! However, after dinner wasn't so pleasant. We walked to the car to find it covered from front to back with a spotted white substance. It was not on any other vehicle and it wasn't on the ground. I was a good G&M customer for over 20 years always buying 2-4 double crab cake dinners. But stopped about 6 months ago. When I got bad no seasoned half done cakes. Well last night while watching the news story about Baltimore's best crab cakes. I said I'd try them again. Well I was very heart broken when I tasted the crab cakes. Very WET undone inside and again someone forgot to add seasoning. What a waste of time and $56. I don't know but it seems that the people of G&M forgot how to make a crab cake. So I have yet to patronize thus establishment, but after talking to my friend and family that have been there, and reading all the reviews, it seems to me that they have AMAZING crabcakes and pretty horrible customer service. When the bad service extend to the management and even the owner that where I draw the line. There are plenty of places with AMAZING crabcakes!! So when a business sees $$$$ ahead of customer service then it's prob not a place you want to spend your money at.
The service was great, the staff were extremely friendly, the restaurant was clean and the crab cakes were out of this world. It was worth the 45 minute drive to go there. I have never had a bad meal there, yet.

Rude servers - after finally approaching the table "we are closing in 30 mins..." #walks away Rude management (Dimitri)- "what do you expect me to do about it" RUDE owner (George)- "We have a booming business here so don't tell me how to run my business" I dont care if the crabcake was amazing..I would NEVER frequent an establishment that has no consequences set up for the staff and no one to complain to that cares. We waited gave us a buzzer two people I'm our party were on there way! They gave our table away because two people were not physically in the building! Worst policy ever! Big parties I get but a party of 4! Ridiculous! I won't come back!
Beautiful building, sharp and clean waitstaff, HUGE portions. We had a group of about 50 and they were very accommodating. Timing was impressive for such a large group, no one table was left without food for very long.
Food was great!!
