Excellent crab cakes! Wonderful cheesecake and great service.
Finally went here after many years of going to Balt, I won't be back. Shrimp was over cooked, crab cakes were dry and did not have flavor, food is WAY over priced and the staff seemed arrogant and that the customers were bothersome. Our Waiter was good which is why I gave it two stars, Think his name was Nick. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
It was packed but waited for a seat at the bar. Had the seafood combo...it was worth the price. Barmaid was a little rude but that's just a Baltimore thing...the whole city is like that. People at the bar were great. Had people there from Pa, Mass, and NY.
This visit the management was rude, but the wait staff and food(as usual) were top notch. Especially the our waitress Angie and another waitress. Crab cake, as usual, was huge and perfect and the Porterhouse was just as good.
Angie G was our server today and she was by far the WORST server I have ever encountered in my entire life, then to add insult to injury the manager John was even worst. Angie G was slow rude ,nasty, sarcastic, and down right mean. John snatched the check out of my sister's hand and began to raise his voice at me as if he was speaking to a dog. It was a great place and the food was awesome! Love the crab cakes! And the crab soup was the best! Will return again.....
When you post that you have "the best" of something the expectations are high. The crab cakes were good, but as the bartender put it, it was probably the 1200th for that day. Good place for someone expecting more, families, older folks, non-foodie types. They were cranking people in and out.
Best crab cakes ever. It is only crab meat. No fluff.
Like dying and going to heaven. Prime rib is like butter. Melts in your mouth. Crab cakes superb.
