I was a customer with G&m until a week ago. I had a complaint about a dessert and called in to get another or my money back.The guy on the phone was very nice and said I should come in to speak to the manager. I stopped by after work and spoke with John the manager. He was rude and needs managerial training. He told me he can't do anything for me because I bought the dessert a few hours ago. The best crab cakes I've ever had. Visiting from Florida and i will be back.
I went thier an the food was great alot for you money.
Loved the food , Amazing. Fast service , friendly dress or casual dinning. Large portions and amazing lumps of crab cakes, almost No filling. Desserts are large portions and amazing as well. Plan of returning for sure.

I ordered crab cakes and cream of crab soup to be overnighted to my parents for Christmas. The soup tasted rancid and when I called to speak to management he was very rude. He said "that is our recipe". He refused to send another product to them. I would highly discourage having anything shipped from here. If they don't stand behind their product they will not get my business.
I got the crabcakes today. Oh my GOd. They are delicious, and big too. I will take me three meals to eat them.
Delicious food, quick service, and attentive wait staff. I had the seafood platter, and everything was delicious. The crab cakes truly are the best I have ever tasted!
They charge $35 if you want to bring your own cake for a family members birthday, service was eh, food was eh, the fried shrimp was obviously some basic frozen shrimp, the calamari was decent. They messed up our seating arrangements, then made us get up after being sat for the 2nd time..first time going, wont be going back. Price like a 5 star but reality is par at bestttt.
