Great Crab cakes !! No wait for a table and Emily our server was terrific. Recommend any time in the area or if flying out of BWI ( very close ).
These are the best crab cakes I have ever eaten! Oversize crab cakes with large lumps of crab meat and minimal filler. Delicious!
I am a woman - the server/ hostess demanded I would need to cover up/ ware a sweater after being seated -and her reason was because I don't shave my armpits . I WAS HUMILIATED AND DEHUMANIZED simply because as a woman I choose not to shave - we were regulars / once a month.. Not anymore G&M can take there gender standards and shove it

The absolute worst experience tonight. Crab cakes smell like s*** and the manager could care less. We sent them back and he still charged us $16 for coleslaw and french fries. What a f****** joke we will never be back and we will tell everybody that we can never go there. They don't care. All they care about is the money. The worst ever.
Had a horrible experience there tonight and would NEVER go back thanks to Roger and how he handled our crabcakes that tasted and smelled like bad crabs. He denied it and still charged $16 for 4 sides and 2 weren't fully eaten. The customer service was as bad as the crabcakes. Too many other places like Pappas that serves better crabcakes and actually cares about their customers.
Best lump crabcakes ever! I have eaten here three times while visiting DMV area. Recommend the crabcakes highly ask they are big and succulent with plenty of lump crabmeat. Well worth any wait.....
So, I take my family to my favorite restaurant G&M Restaurant for a nice dinner, anxiously awaiting diving in to their famous crab cakes. I have been coming here for about 10 years. Normally we experience great service. Between visiting our daughter and attending homecoming at our alma mata Morgan State, we always find time to grab a crab cake dinner here plus whatever sinful pleasure we have for dessert. Place was packed but as a single diner I immediately found a spot at the bar. The bartender quickly set me up with a menu. I knew the crab cakes were the specialty of the house and that was the right decision. Large, delicious lump crab cakes served hot and with ample sides.
