I have a comment on my experience with G I Associates. I had a procedure done in February 26 and paid out of pocket $100 co pay only to find out that I was covered so I am do a refund but it's now July and nobody is answering my messages I leave or responding when they say they would contact me it's been another month and investigation was done providing that I am do a refund my procedure was done February 26, 2025 and I have yet to be responded to or refunded my co pay that was covered. PLEASE someone Respond to me..

This place is so old, neglected, and filthy. I get grossed out every time I come in here. The staff is not rude, but far from professional. I sincerely wish they’d at least clean this place really well, but the standard is very low. This is my view while waiting for the provider.

Every medical practice needs a Theresa! She has been so kind and helpful to me during a very stressful time. When dealing with the public, some people fail to realize that sometimes, all you need to do is a be kind, listening ear to make someone’s day! But Theresa is that kind, listening ear, and a woman of her word. She assured me help, and delivered!
