Wait time is the least of my concern when the quality of care is superior. However, Our appointments always start on time. Home like atmosphere in waiting room makes short wait always turn social with other patients. Due to my disables sister's serious eye condition, we are in the waiting room several times a year. Feels like a living room not a waiting room.
