The staff needs a serious overhaul before you loose ALL business.
I ordered a Drunken Pig and got regular beans. When I asked for a refund I just got the run around saying the manager would get back to me but they were unsure when he would be in. This was over a week ago and I still have not heard back from them.
Not your typical Mexican food around here. Fresh And delicious every time we eat here.

The food is usually always good, dont get me wrong. BUT, the staff could be a little more polite and welcoming. Especially the blonde "cook" who either needs an attitude change, a new job she enjoys, or both. Any question I asked she looked at me like I was an idiot, like I was inconveniencing her, even after THEY made my burrito wrong. waited forever for the food too The cook with red hair was very respectful and polite though, and I appreciate her as well as the young man who was clearing tables. Both very polite.
The last few times we've been, the service has been absurdly slow and we noticed multiple people sending their meals back to the kitchen due to errors/issues. You really need to tell people of the wait before they order their food, get some sort of microphone or buzzer system for announcing orders, and properly staff the restaurant on fundraising nights. Our recent experiences have truly been miserable.
This was the first time trying Fuzzy’s. Terrible experience . We ordered our appetizer and drinks and it took 25 minutes to arrive at our table . We brushed it off because they were busy . We then ordered our food and it took an hour !!!!! At the same time we ordered food I also orders a dessert. That took over an hour as well . please clean your dining area. It is NASTY!
i ordered queso and a chicken fajita last night. was EXTREMELY disappointed. tried calling to complain and no one answered so i left a message, never received a call back. its sad when i buy a meal and cant even eat it because its so bad! the fajita was definitely not a fajita, didnt come with any tortilla, there was a ball of fake cheese, onions and peppers were not cooked and there was no seasoning. im Extremely upset
