Went for lunch on Thursday 3/21/19 and waited 25 minutes for a salad and enchilada dinner. Other people was asking for theirs to go because they’d been there over 30-40 minutes and no food. Things need to change.
I cannot believe this place last night. I came in with some friends to eat. We ordered our food, we waited for 40 minutes. We still did not get our food. We went to complain to the manager. We wanted to call her manager and she refused to supply that. There were at least 4 or 5 other customers that were waiting as long as we had maybe longer. It was horrible, they were not that busy. We went there for dinner on Thursday evening, we placed our order and 43 minutes later had still not received our food. The general manager Shelby Givler said they were “training new people” My question is who in their management experience would train new employees during you dinner rush? Why would it take 40+ minutes to make a taco plate and taco salad? Why if you have earned the title general manager would you not offer to comp the meal? Poor management, poor choice for a manager. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE FUZZY’s! The queso and the shrimp tacos are my jam ... unfortunately tonight did NOT live up to my expectations! We waited forever and it was not even busy and the food was terrible, cold, and way too greasy! It actually started getting busy when we decided to finally leave and I felt so bad for all the people coming into your location this evening. Please work on better and more kitchen staff!
The wait time was over 30 minutes and they were out of food on the menu.
