A full service salon and day spa(hair/skin/nails/massage) that has been serving our guests in the Twin Cities for nearly 20 years. We are dedicated to providing the utmost personal care and customer service to ensure the expectations of every guest is met. Our studio + spa provides an atmosphere of respite and relaxation while revitalizing the mind, body and spirit. We are conveniently located at the north end of the Shady Oak Shopping Center at 6403 City West Parkway in Eden Prairie.

Love this place – I stumbled across this place last October because I live close by. I scheduled a last minute hair cut with Morgan. She's been doing my hair (highlights/cuts) ever since and it always looks great! Thanks Morgan!
Actually makes a bikini wax enjoyable! – Future Concepts is a great salon/spa to visit - I'm pretty picky when it comes to this, and I highly recommend you schedule your next wax treatment with "Christy" in the spa. I've never had my brows look this good and they are very difficult to manage. Try it out - you'll see what I'm talking about.
Future Concepts - A Hidden Little Gem! – I go to Future Concepts for both haircuts and waxing. I have recommended a number of my friends to go to Christy who does waxing here. She is super friendly, professional, and does a very thorough job! I see Ashley for my hair and she's great too. The prices are lower than other spa/hair studios but the services are on the level with more expensive places. I always feel welcome and their reminder services make sure I get to my appointments!
Great place to get a bikini wax! – The staff make you feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, having a bikini or brazilian wax. Christy is great!!
Amazing service and value – I would love to tell eveyone I know looking for a great hair stylist to go to this salon. Christina has been so great to work with and I love the fact that she takes notes each time I come in so she knows what we discussed for my next appointment. I also have never colored my hair and was nervous about it, she mixed the perfect color for me, subtle but noticeable, and it matches very close to my natural color of red. Great service and great people – I found Future Concepts on the internet and feel very lucky that I did. It is a very convenient location for me, but most importantly, I found Teea. She is genuinely interested in what I want in a haircut, and she strives to get it perfect every time. Which she does. Amazing Haircut Great Brows!! – I have been going to future concepts for a while and I keep going because I get exactly what I want. I am very picky about my hair- I like it to look nice with hardly any work for me in the morning. And that is what I always get! Relaxing and friendly salon – Morgan has been my stylist for over two years. She has always listened to exactly what I want and professionally delivered the results. The salon is very nice and relaxing, and your comfort is their top priority. I have had other services here (massage, facial, and waxing) and always been happy with the results.
