Mary needs a chill pill., This place is great! "Mary M" I think you are extremely dishonest in your review. I see you have posted your crappy review on multiple websites. I recently went to Future Concepts and asked about the difference of the full foil and the hairline to hairline foil and it is only a several dollars more, not even nearly double. Sarah was an attentive hairdresser – I was pleased with my expierence at Future Concepts. They first don't have you tip when it is your first visit and that was nice since I was given a gift card. Sarah listened and asked me to explain how I wanted my highlights. She toned it down and put in half as many as I thought they were going to do which I really liked. She gave me a hand massage which was unecpected, while I waited under the hair dryer. I would reccommend this place and try there other services! I loved my hair!

Wonderful! – Teea is awesome! She does wonderful work and I love everything that she did. She was very helpful in helping me choose a cut/color. I look forward to continuing business with her for a long time :).

Awesome Experience – I spent the afternoon at Future Concepts and had an amazing time. The salon was very helpful with suggestions and did a wonderful job with both color and cut. The spa was very relaxing and refreshing with professional services. Above all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They catored to every need and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable time. I will definately be back soon.

Excellent Facial with Christy – First visit - had a facial with Christy. She was by far the best that I've had - very knowledgeable, very thorough, super professional and someone who gets the value of good customer service. Looking forward to seeing her again in 4 weeks!

Wonderful relaxation massage by Krista – Krista was the massage therapist that served me on my first visit to Future Concepts. I came for relaxation and some personal R & R from my busy life. The entire experience was first class from the minute I walked in the door.

Ask about prices BEFOREHAND – I was very angry when I made an appointment for a full foil with Christina, and she looked at my hair and said, "Oh, you want a hairline-to-hairline foil. That's different than a full foil and will be $99 (nearly twice as much as I was told a full foil would cost with this stylist)." I have been coloring my hair for most of my life, and this is the first I've heard of "hairline to hairline." None of my friends who color their hair have either. This is where to spend an afternoon – My mom and I spent the afternoon doing the "relax" package at Future Concepts which included a massage, a pedicure, a manicure, and a blow out and styling of our hair afterwards. It was SO reasonably priced that I was a little worried about what our experience would be like.
