A full service salon and day spa(hair/skin/nails/massage) that has been serving our guests in the Twin Cities for nearly 20 years. We are dedicated to providing the utmost personal care and customer service to ensure the expectations of every guest is met. Our studio + spa provides an atmosphere of respite and relaxation while revitalizing the mind, body and spirit. We are conveniently located at the north end of the Shady Oak Shopping Center at 6403 City West Parkway in Eden Prairie.

My favorite salon & spa!! – I love Future Concepts! I have been going there ever since I popped in on a whim one day to see if I could find a stylist since I was new to town. They were able to get me in right then and I've been seeing Jaci ever since. Jaci ROCKS! she is always willing to listen to what you are looking for and I never leave unsatisfied. Great Salon for ALL your needs – I love that the service you get is top notch. They offer you tea and a nice warm neck wrap while you wait. I've basically been going there since my best friends' wedding, and what started with just hair cuts, turned to brow wax, brow color and a trendy new hair cut! I love it there!
Christy is the best!!!! – I have been seeing Christy for awhile now for my eyebrow and bikini waxes. I remember when I first came into future concepts I wanted to come in for just a bikini wax and I was very nervous, because I had never gotten one before. But as soon as Christy came out into the waiting room to call me back with her very welcoming smile all my butterflies went away. Actually makes a bikini wax enjoyable! – Future Concepts is a great salon/spa to visit - I'm pretty picky when it comes to this, and I highly recommend you schedule your next wax treatment with "Christy" in the spa. I've never had my brows look this good and they are very difficult to manage. Try it out - you'll see what I'm talking about.
Future Concepts - A Hidden Little Gem! – I go to Future Concepts for both haircuts and waxing. I have recommended a number of my friends to go to Christy who does waxing here. She is super friendly, professional, and does a very thorough job! I see Ashley for my hair and she's great too. The prices are lower than other spa/hair studios but the services are on the level with more expensive places. I always feel welcome and their reminder services make sure I get to my appointments!
Great place to get a bikini wax! – The staff make you feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, having a bikini or brazilian wax. Christy is great!!
Amazing service and value – I would love to tell eveyone I know looking for a great hair stylist to go to this salon. Christina has been so great to work with and I love the fact that she takes notes each time I come in so she knows what we discussed for my next appointment. Great service and great people – I found Future Concepts on the internet and feel very lucky that I did. It is a very convenient location for me, but most importantly, I found Teea. She is genuinely interested in what I want in a haircut, and she strives to get it perfect every time. Which she does.
