A full service salon and day spa(hair/skin/nails/massage) that has been serving our guests in the Twin Cities for nearly 20 years. We are dedicated to providing the utmost personal care and customer service to ensure the expectations of every guest is met. Our studio + spa provides an atmosphere of respite and relaxation while revitalizing the mind, body and spirit. We are conveniently located at the north end of the Shady Oak Shopping Center at 6403 City West Parkway in Eden Prairie.

Great Experience – I've had a hard time finding a new stylist since I moved. Laine did an awesome job & gave me the look I have wanting to try for over a year. I'd recommend her to anyone!

Excellent cut and service – An excellent cut and great service from Laine. I have short hair and finding a good stylist at a reasonable price has been quite a challenge. Laine talked with me at length about my cut, was thorough in understanding what I wanted, and gave me the best cut I've had yet, and all at a very reasonable price. She was professinal, thorough and sincerely wanted to understand what I wanted in a cut. I'd highly recommend her, especially for short hair cuts.
Great service – I've been going to Christy for eyebrow waxing for several years now. Not only is she personable, but she does a fantastic job & I love the way my brows look.
Terrible hair experience – I went to Morgan for a body perm and asked her if she thought it was OK to get highlights as well. She said yes. (In the past I had been told to wait a couple weeks before doing both.) But I had been referred to Morgan and thought she knew what she was doing. I was wrong! The highlights FRIED my hair plus they were not the caramel color I requested by white blonde.

The best salon with fantastic staff! – I was referred to Future Concepts by a friend and was extremely happy with the service. I would highly recommend Emily for waxing and facial and Morgan for color. Both women were both friendly and professional.
Great Salon & Spa – Love going to Future Concepts for my hair cuts, colors, and waxing. Christy is awesome at shaping and waxing my brows and also is excellent with the bikini wax. She makes you feel very comfortable in a not so comfortable situation. Lexie is a great stylist. She always listens to what I have to say and gives suggestions. I would highly recommend Future Concepts!
Nice and relaxing place – I have gotten my haircut there a few times and loved it. Recently recieved a massage from Krista and it was awesome, very relaxing and will definatley be going back to her.
Great Massage! – My visit started with a hot rock foot bath and the chance to choose an aromatherapy scent. The salon setting is very relaxing and comfortable and the staff is very warm and welcoming. Kristin, the therapist who did my massage, was great. She asked just enough questions to know what kind of massage to give and was a great masseuse. I would highly recommend her! The overall experience was wonderful and the added bonus of a complimentary hair was and blow-dry was unexpected and very nice!
