I can't say it enough....Fusion of Movement is TRULY AMAZING! Ben & Sasha have put together programs for everyone. Dance, Fitness, Kenpo Karate, special events, challenges, child care for parents taking classe...you name it, they've got it! When you can go to studio and find people of ALL ages taking classes....from 2 to 62 and beyond....and FEEL the energy and inspiration, well....you KNOW you've found THE place! I love this place! I've been working out all my adult life and never have I been at a place that truly treated me like family until I found Fusion. At 54 I didn't think it was possible to get stronger, I just expected to maintain. But Sasha doesn't care what age you are, she wants you to be the best you can be and truly believes in each and every client. I really am overdue writing a review. I'd never been one to join a studio style gym with classes rather than machines, (Maybe it was self consciousness) but I'd had too many people telling me how great it is. I finally pulled the trigger. They were right! This place is so amazing! Sasha and the other instructors are so good at what they do. They want you to be your best self, and want you to succeed. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Sasha and Fusion of Movement. Our family just moved up to Prescott in April and I struggled with finding somewhere to workout and somewhere I felt comfortable and kept me motivated to come back. Our family went to Acker night in downtown Prescott and we caught the last bit of Fusion performing doing Zumba. It was so fun watching! I called that week and signed up. Very well rounded facility with excellent variety of instructors. Class sizes vary and cover all types fitness levels. You can tell that the owners are very passionate about what they do and what they strive to accomplish! I should mention that I have never been comfortable in a gym setting, but I have come to love this place!
