RecommendedMy daughter saw a poster for ballet class and asked to try it out. She had so much fun she is still there 4+ years later. They have dance classes for everyone: boys, girls, toddler to adult. The teachers are awesome and make the learning fun. Their fitness classes are phenomenal. Sasha Moreno-Naasz and Shannon Reed keep me motivated and I look forward to sweating with the rest of my Fusion family. If you are looking for a gym with a sense of family you should definitely check out Fusion of Movement.
I can go in with a bad attitude and come out feeling so great- because of the crazy hard workout, the people, small victories, or because your little one just had the best time in class! My kiddos are comfortable in the play zone and I know they are safe. The instructors are top notch, the classes are fun, challenging and different. I have belonged to several gyms before, but never really felt like I BELONGED. Here you will have a sense of family, for sure. Thankful to have found them!
We’ve been a part of the Fusion family for many years. My daughter has blossomed in dance and thoroughly enjoys all of her classes and instructors. While she’s dancing I get to work out. They also offer unique events throughout the year. Fusion has also allowed me the opportunity to meet many great women and develop lifetime friendships.

What a gem Fusion is! I started coming a few months postpartum and the classes were (and continue to be) incredibly helpful for both physical and mental health. The instructors are all wonderful, the community is welcoming, and the classes are fun and challenging for any fitness level. There truly is no place quite like this one!

Just finished up my first week at FOM & feelin’ fabulous! Sasha’s classes are incredibly intense, creative & SATISFYING! My daughter is also doing dance classes there & I feel so comfortable w/all the staff & instructors. They truly seem to be in their element & love their students & coworkers.
