RecommendedI have gone to the Buti Yoga with Sasha two times now, each time I leave feeling empowered and relaxed, but somehow I just had my butt kicked as well🤣🤷. Great workout! 💙💙 They also have a little childrens area to drop off the kiddos. I left my 22 mo twin boys there both times and they did great. Everyone was super friendly and Sasha was fabulous.

I love the environment that Fusion has. it's welcoming and friendly. This is a great place to get healthier while having a bunch of fun.
What a great place. The kids go to dance, kenpo karate or the kids club, while I am able to work out! This is not your average work out; it is a great group environment with all ages and levels of people. I am so grateful I have found Fusion of Movement!
Fusion of Movement provides a safe, rewarding and fun place for children of all ages to engage in physical activity in the form of Karate, Dance, Movement, etc. Our pre-schooler and other young children benefit from the discipline, focus, positive energy, and self-esteem building that comes from these activities. Fusion of Movement is not “just another business”. Fusion is a family. The instructors are always positive and uplifting. They go out of their way to help you achieve your fitness goals. We have only been members for a year, but we wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. Our daughter has blossomed in all her dance classes.
