lived here for over a year, amenities are great (love the gym!) and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. great location, easy to walk to everything great in DTSP.
Really an incredible community in downtown St. Pete and literally right across the street from Tropicana FIeld.

I've been living here for over a year now. Staff is great, complex & amenities are well taken care of, location is prime...can't recommend this place enough! They even sponsor a local volleyball team!
Absolutely amazing! Great ammenities, great location!
Can't even give one half star. Floors paper thin. Folks above and below i hear every move. Think flash dance or running in place, puking over balcony, yelling screaming at 4 a.m. not uncommon. More frat house than a place for working professional. Call noise line 3-4 times a week and I am usually home only Friday-Monday. Management does nothing as they need tenants. Can't wait for lease to end...1 more less
