Really very nice apartments and has lot of amenities. Check it out.
A beautiful place to live in. Spent 2.5 years there and never had any problems. Lovely apartment complex, excellent recreation facilities and the roof top garden is cherry on the cake. The management was also very good and considerate. Almost in downtown and so close to waters, it is worth every penny spent. Really miss it.

Like it very much, close to all points, close to parks, stores, restaurants, neighborhood bars, and the beach, I would recomend it....although they need to enforce that tenants clean after their dogs, its really bad on the back of the building, now its getting bad also in the front....sometimes I am afraid for my dog she does not deserve it, she could get sick if she accidentally steps on the other dogs excrements.....I really feel sorry, because we could loose the privilege of having our companions with us....
Love everything about living here minus the rent price 2,200+ per month is a hefty price but living over the pool and having all the amenities is wonderful! Love having our balcony door open and listening to the fountain at the pool! Wish they would fix the lights inside of pool under the water...Any time I've asked for help from management they did everything quickly and professionally. A/C broke once Fusion maintenance had it fixed in less than 2 hours...Proposed to my fiancé on the awesome rooftop...would and have recomme... read more
amazing building very good maintenance service ... noisy ceilings and over population of dogs ... we love dogs but not at 6.30h wrestling on our ceiling and around or even sometimes in the pool
As long as Matt Carr lives there it rocks!!!! He should get free rent to keep the value up
