I have just moved into Fusion 1560 and wanted to share my appreciation by writing a review. Fusion 1560 is more than a luxury apartment, it is a home I love. Thank you Cassidy!
We moved into Fusion the afternoon before New Year’s Eve. Cassidy Hamilton took the time to walk us through the property explaining everything to us. After the tour when Cassidy took us into our apartment it was immediately obvious to her that the air conditioner was not working. Two maintenance people showed up practically immediately they cleared the drain line and everything is well. The location can’t be better. We rented only seeing the property online and we could not be happier.
RecommendedBest location, Best staff, Beautiful Apartments, and Best price around compared to all similar surrounding luxury style communities in the downtown St. Pete area. Located right on Central Ave in the ❤️ of Downtown St. Pete and walking distance right out front doors to all the best restaurants, shops, groceries, and nightlife. If you don’t know this industry then I’m sorry for all people who don’t just grab and take an apartment here as soon as they see it.
I recently moved out of Fusion (purchased a home). I had a very positive experience living here. Betsy and Norm in the office are amazing people. I had an issue with the electric company charging me after I moved out and Fusion immediately took care of it and contracted Duke Energy to assume responsibility for the electricity that racked up after I had moved out! You people need to come out of the dark ages and re-think your idiotic and obsolete ideas concerning what constitutes an aggressive dog breed.
I love living here! I love being close to all that downtown st pete has to offer. I definitely have to give a special shout out to Crystal who has been there every step of the way from picking the perfect apartment for me to making sure I am still happy. She is always willing to help me and greet me with a smile. I wouldn't be as happy as I am with Fusion 1560 if it wasn't for her!
Always addressed by name even by those I had not spoken to directly before. Very professional! Awesome location too!
