We strive to make the experience of a grooming none stressful for the client's Pets. We treat our client's Pets as our own! None of our Pets are locked in cages. They are all hanging out together playing. (Unless, a none sociable pet is here or client prefers their Pet in a cage). The shop is totally open for owners of their pet to see the girls working. I took my 6 yr old POM, Tootsie, to get a shampoo (Oatmeal), Hair cut, Nails clip, Ears cleaned and Anal exam.--well the whole works! Sue did an excellent job and Tootsie went home feeling like a Queen. How do I know? Well she jumped on the couch and got on top of the highest pillow and put her nose in the air--lol. Beside that she NEVER barked all the way home--most unusual. On top of all that she got to socialize with other dogs, a real treat for a pad trained apartment doggie. They always do a great job & are incredibly friendly. It's a much better atmosphere than other places we've been. You can feel the difference when you walk in. They are definitely dog people.

My dogs walk in looking shaggy and old, they come out clean, happy, spry babies! The ladies there always do a fantastic job, and the dogs smell fresh for days after!
