We strive to make the experience of a grooming none stressful for the client's Pets. We treat our client's Pets as our own! None of our Pets are locked in cages. They are all hanging out together playing. (Unless, a none sociable pet is here or client prefers their Pet in a cage). The shop is totally open for owners of their pet to see the girls working. We recently lost our groomer and upon advice from a friend looked at Furs-A-Flyin. We love our Lucy and were nervous about trying someone new. Today was our first visit and Stephanie did an amazing job! She spent time with me listening about what I wanted and asked questions about Lucy, then went right to it! I could not be happier and our Lucy was not stressed at all when I picked her up. THANK YOU STEPHANIE! We already made our next appointment and are thrilled!
We have gone to Furs-a-Flyin for over 15 years, following Dina to 3 different locations. She has done a fantastic job with my 2 Bichons and when they're done, they look like contestants in a dog show. Dina's love of dogs is evident and we drive over 25 miles to have them groomed by Furs-a-Flyin. We cannot say enough compliments about Dina & Michelle. It is the best place I could ever go .. Dana and her team are outstanding ! Caring! Professional ! They have that special connection with all the meet . Harley calls Dana her friend ! Now that's a place I like !
