We strive to make the experience of a grooming none stressful for the client's Pets. We treat our client's Pets as our own! None of our Pets are locked in cages. They are all hanging out together playing. (Unless, a none sociable pet is here or client prefers their Pet in a cage). The shop is totally open for owners of their pet to see the girls working. A+++++++ Grooming After a terrible experience at the groomers I was scared to take my baby to another groomer. My aunt told me about this place and they have been wonderful. Very nice and understanding. I have taken my pups to Beth and Jessica both are great groomers and are very nice
Great groomers This grooming spa is wonderful! A friend recommended it to me and I'm so glad she did! Both of my dogs love it! (a Westie & a Cairn) I've used them a couple times now & I'm really happy with the results. Beth is the groomer who has done my dogs and she is great! Prices are very reasonable. I'll never go to another groomer again!

No appreciation for long term clients.

I'm sorry you are unhappy. We have many long term clients. We try are best to get everyone in but it's difficult One reason is most long term clients book for a year with 3 of our groomers. The other groomers are booked for months out. Unfortunately the only thing we can do is put people on a cancellation list. We encourage all of our clients to please pre book so this problem doesn't arise.
They did a great job with cleaning up & cutting Oreo’s hair - awesome look!
I've been taking our dogs here for over 3 years. So cool to see the great feature today on Channel 4 news! Love the staff and services, they LOVE and care for their clients!
