No appreciation for long term clients.

I'm sorry you are unhappy. We have many long term clients. We try are best to get everyone in but it's difficult One reason is most long term clients book for a year with 3 of our groomers. The other groomers are booked for months out. Unfortunately the only thing we can do is put people on a cancellation list. We encourage all of our clients to please pre book so this problem doesn't arise.

RecommendedMacs before and after pics. Brianna did great job and talked me thru all my concerns on past experiences elsewhere. And that u can take them there anytime to play wth other dogs to get used to atmosphere is amazing. Definitely recommend ❤️
