My husband and I bought a Temp. Bed over 7,000 in 2014. Unfortunately our puppy chewed the wires. I called the store seeking assistance on.what or where we could get it fixed...that was a week ago. Companies need to realize that the customer IS STILL IMPORTANT long after you take their money. How you treat them could possibly affect future business for YOUR store!!!
They are some crooks do not go there at all I placed a order they said it will not be in for 6 weeks for them to deliver it I called back 48 hours later and cancelled now all of a sudden the order is there and there will be a restocking fee of 25% for furniture they didn't even have in stock and then they play the games of nobody is there for five days who can address my concerns buyer beware
Bought a reclining couch and love seat 6 months ago. 2 weeks in one recliner & the arm of the couch was broken. Took 4 weeks to fix. Again, 1 month ago the other recliner broke & now they refuse to fix it. Won't return my phone calls & rude service department. Now I need to buy new couches...6 months later. Never returning.

If I can give 0 star I will do so. I bought a bed and literally tells the saleman Adam I want the whole set, bed, box spring, and bed frame. When my husband pick it up and got home there is no bed frame. Call the store was transfer to the manager Robert and tell him what is going on. He hung up on me said he couldn't help me. Very unprofessional. I called back and he did the same shit. Freaking pissed the shit out of me. This will be my first and last stop there. It seems like they don't care about there customers.
