Everyone at Furniture USA is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. 'Captain' is a kind and caring human being. He worked magic to help me get exactly what I needed in terms of quality, price and professionalism. ALL staff I came in contact with were so friendly! I made a friend in Manager Saadia! I will definitely be back!

The only reason they get a 3 is because of how amazing the movers Aaron and Brian were. They went above and beyond to make sure my couch got into my apartment. I didn't do any measuring because the sales person at the store made me believe that they would put it together inside the apartment and would clean up any boxes or anything that was left. went in just to look for a Fathers day gift for my boyfriend and found just the right couch for us. Great service, VERY attentive by Captain Dan, showed us where to find all the reclining furniture.
Extremely disappointed in our furniture. We have been dealing with furniture USA for almost 6 months now, my $3000 couch set has huge areas that are completely peeling off after less than 3 years. We bought the warranty they sold us and it's crap means nothing. USA is nothing but talk our furniture is useless and embarrassing. Would never recommend them to anyone.
