Customer service was excellent. They got us exactly what we wanted at a very great deal. Zack was amazing at getting us the deals.

Captain Dan was knowledgeable and entertaining! Made the 3 hour experience enjoyable.. No pressure and Robert was super helpful as well. You really can't beat the experience and the quality of the furniture! Just come and look around.. See for yourself! Just purchased a beautiful, comfortable couch with a 5 yr service plan.. If you don't use it you get store credit. I'm excited :)
We just purchased a dinning set for my mom's birthday at Furniture USA. Kenny and Sandy were very helpful and friendly during our visit.
