It is apparent that we failed in our communication regarding the difference in sleep system warranty (Mattress/Foundation) and furniture warranties. We apologize that what ended up being an easy resolution (we replaced the broken frame regardless of how it came to be broken) resulted in so much turmoil for both our customers and our staff.
From the time I stepped through the door, from the time that I left, Lynda treated us with southern hospitality! She was very patient and helped us though the whole process ! Each time I come, she's always the first to greet me with a smile ! She's the best, hands down ! 🙌🏾
