Went in on Friday with wife and kids to look at bunk beds, and possibly a new king bed, and couches but got no service. Even had a few service staff walk by and didn't even acknowledge us. Even if they were busy helping others they could have at least greeted us and informed us on where to go to get assistance or advise us that someone will be there to assist us shortly or even a Hello as they walked by. Website says Free Nationwide Shipping right on the homepage! I place an order and get a call the next day saying they don't ship out of state. Then why do you have a flashing banner advertising it?!
