I bought a waterbed from here. They people installed 2 boards upside down and left have the screws out. They half ***** came and fixed and said they would come back to fix it. After agruing with them for 3 years said too much time had passed? Really? Oh OK. What should of been a great birthday present from my father has been a nightmare.Also installed so close to the one wall cant even access the bed. Wife and I ordered a bed frame from Furniture Row, along with a mattress and box spring. We live approximately an hour and a half from the store one way. We ordered the items and drove all the way to the store to pick it up. Only problem was the foot board was badly damaged from transport. No biggie. Ordered another one from them and came back a second time. Same result. Ordered another one, and well you can see the common theme. So, we thought maybe it was the specific bed style. This company is the worst, they don't tell you that they can reduce your available credit by just looking at your credit score. It doesn't matter to them that you make your payments on time and you pay more than required. They reduced my avalible credit and it made my credit score plumit 30 points.
