WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! A wk before xmas I went in to the store and financed a fouton through "Jenny" and she said Id have it before xmas (that thursday) because she knew I needed it ASAP. Needless to say thursday came and went and didnt even hear anything. I thought there may have been complications due to the Holiday but I later found out they just have no idea about the furniture Industry. STAY AWAY!! It has been one of the worse experiences with the store on 86th. Mike the "manager" is of no use. We have waited over 6 months for the correct furniture to be delivered. They have attempted to make delivers on many occasions with the damaged or incorrect items. The delivery guys are great they are just working for a horrible company.
