Went in looking for a counter high table and chairs, found one I liked at a fair price, salesman offered several options to meet what I was wanting. Said my furniture would be delivered in two days and that they would call the day before to set up time. They called the day before to set up a time just like they said. I went into Furniture for Less with low expectations. Initially I was annoyed by the salesman reclining on a couch on his cell phone, completely oblivious to my presence. Next, I was surprised by a dining set that I actually really liked, followed by a different salesman offering a great price on the set. He also promised delivery two days after my purchase, so I was stoked. Then I got home and saw the reviews about the delivery problems and got very nervous. Run Run and Run. Do not go near there. Here is what I submitted with the Better Business Bureau. Any questions? refer to the others. You will not get your furniture nor your money. I'm typically the person who reads reviews by people and think that they have too high expectations or are picky. So here is my honest experience. We ordered the footboard and side rails for our bed and when we got home and set it up the frame pieces were too short so we had to go to Walmart and buy bed risers to set the bed frame on so we could sleep on it. Really nice place, lots of options, EXCELLENT prices, Ken was our salesperson but we interacted with most of the other staff, very fun down to earth people. Great atmosphere, my wife & I felt very comfortable, spending our money with them. We ordered a special made reclining set by Southern Motion, Made in USA-loved that. If I told my best friend about this place, I'd say: DON'T DON'T DON'T even think of going there! Non professional,rude as can be ( ofcourse after swiping your credit card) zero customer service or follow up and on top of all that liars- BIG time liars. Furniture For Less on E. 86th Street is a ripoff! I paid for a headboard, told it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but it never came. The ONLY thing I received over the last 7 weeks were excuses and empty promises of delivery. The final straw was this week when the store manager rudely told my daughter that the headboard was JUST THAT VERY MOMENT discontinued and I would be issued a credit to my charge card. We did our rounds with the furniture stores in Indy and ultimately ordered from Furniture For Less in Castleton. WORST DECISION EVER!!! In short, it has taken more than 3 months to get our furniture, the quality was poor with crooked dresser knobs. I had to keep calling to get an update on when the furniture would be in - MULTIPLE TIMES. They never once called to say "Hey, giving you a courtesy call to let you know your furniture is back - no sense of courtesy or customer service after they got paid.
