Vincent was great to work. He was very informative and not pushy. There were several mattresses options. Vincent took the time to answer all our questions, and then gave us plenty of time to ourselves to make a decision. He made sure to get us setup with everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give a five star overall rating is because the delivery date got pushed back a couple of times. The assistant manager did a great job keeping us updated. Sale # 8023. 01/16/2018 We arrived at the E. 86th Street Furniture-For-Less store, about 30 minutes prior to closing. Taylor, the sales rep, was extremely patient, helpful, and hospitable despite the late hour. We ended up purchasing a brown leather sectional and a queen bed with delivery scheduled for 1/20. Went back a couple of days later and purchased another bed for my mother-in-law. The delivery guy, Mario, phoned 20 mins prior to arrival, as promised. He was very courteous, efficient, and respectful. Issue w/my mattress (too hard).... read more

Just wrote the following review and neglected to put in my sale number which was 4922: I had a great experience with Furniture for less and my salesman Ken Floyd. He did not pressure me, was considerate and thorough when answering my questions, went out of his way to move furniture so I could consider combinations of tables with the couch I picked out, and delivered on every promise he made to me with regard to delivery and service. When entering the store I was greeted immediately. The furniture is very impressive as well as quality. I love the price of the sofa, loveseat. I purchased. The pricing for delivery was reasonable, with prompt and professional service. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10. My shopping experience was a 10.

Ken the store manager was awesome and amazingly helpful. We were looking for a new mattress to replace a 25 yr old mattress. We really wanted a very firm mattress and this was not so easy to find. Ken explained a lot about mattresses and we felt very comfortable about our purchase. Sale # 29935

I visited the store on east washington from street. The salesman Bill Cadick was excellent and helped with with my selection. I placed my items in layaway and let me say they couldn't make the process easier. On the day my furniture was delivered the delivery men were friendly and efficient. The furniture is of high quality and I would definitely recommend. Sale 39581.
