Had my AC and Furnace replaced in one go I was a bit nervous about the work, but Asif and his crew came in and made the changes while improving the setup (relocated the AC unit for instance reducing the wiring distance by 2/3). Have not used the furnace yet, but so far the AC is working to spec and I have no hesitation recommending them. And I'm the type of person that doesn't just write junk up to be polite. Replaced Furnace The heat exchanger in my old furnace cracked so our local gas company put a red tag and marked the furnace as unsafe. I contacted furnace and Ac experts since they are a carrier factory authorized dealer, they gave me a great affordable payment plan and installed the new furnace the very next day which was just great. The installers came put down drop sheets so my hardwood floor wouldn’t get ruined, very polite and understanding workers. Installation of humidifier The first thing I was impressed about the technician who came on time as promised. The technician Haddad was very clean on installation and educated me on the product. Had lots of patience with me while teaching me how to maintain the product and how to change the filter. The salesman Rohan like the technician was also very good. Replacement of AC unit I had my old Carrier furnace replaced with a new one by Furnace AC Experts about 18 months ago and I was satisfied with their work and pricing for that job.
